We seek to enhance health and well being of communities through innovation, particularly for the marginalized. We aim to advance health by improving the efficiencies and effectiveness of organizations in the health sector, and by facilitating communities to be able to address better their healthcare priorities. 

We combine sectoral knowledge with Management skills and gender/equity perspectives.  

Swasti is a registered not-for-profit society. We are a part of the Catalyst Group of institutions that has been working in the development sector for over a decade. This group, in addition to Swasti, comprises of Catalyst Management Services, a consultancy, research and training organization; and Vrutti, a livelihoods resource centre.

We work with a range of organizations from grassroots community based organizations to NGOs, bi-lateral and multi-lateral donors, government departments and academic and corporate bodies.
